Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Possible MVP Year

Giannis Antetokounmpo has been making major headlines for the majority of the 2017-2018 NBA season.  He is on a mission to make a deep playoff run this year and to bring the Bucks back to championship contention. The Greek Freak is currently at the top of the leaderboard in the points category averaging 31.3 ppg, with 10 rpg., 4.77 apg., 1.77 bpg. in 37.8 mpg.

Giannis has steadily improved each and every year he has been in the NBA.  People started taking notice last season when he lead the Bucks to the playoffs since the 2014-2015 season.

Despite the Bucks losing in 6 games to the Toronto Raptors, there was a bright spot and that was the asserting dominance of the Greek Freak.  He averaged an outstanding stat line is extremely hard to achieve (24.83 ppg., 9.67 rpg., 4 apg.).

Antetokounmpo is a one man wrecking crew and it’s close to impossible to stop him on the defensive end.  He is truly a sight to see on the floor and more people will realize that the Greek Freak will be dominating in the NBA for a long time to come.

If the Greek Freak continues his superb dominance on the offensive and defensive end, he will be a top candidate for MVP this season with LeBron James, Russell Westbrook and Steph Curry.
